APCA advocates for issues impacting our neighborhoods including (but not limited to):

• Engaging residents in discussions with the township about how much and what kind of land; and housing development should be allowed in our neighborhoods;

• Development of affordable housing and maintaining current stock of affordable housing for families and seniors;

• The need for new construction or renovation of the Ardmore Ave. Community Center and the Center for Positive Aging in Lower Merion (PALM) senior center; and

• Issues of public safety especially pedestrian safety and maintaining strong relations with law enforcement

We serve as a resource and voice for Ardmore residents in coordination with our Commissioners and civic associations throughout Lower Merion and Narberth. We advocate on behalf of neighbors on issues in the neighborhood.
